Get into the holiday spirit with my Vintage Truck Holiday Mini Sessions! I'm thrilled to bring these back again this year with all the holiday cheer.
We'll be at Lavender on the Bryn in Berlin, with a beautiful green barn as our backdrop. The truck will be decked to the brim with all the Christmas trimmings, a little tree, presents, cozy throw pillows and all the small details that make it feel like home.
I can't wait to see your family snuggled up in the back of the truck with the decorations all around. It's the perfect setting for holiday cards, or just for remembering exactly how little they were this Christmas.
Session Details:
- 15 minute session - $300 (plus sales tax).
- 15 edited high-res digital images included, with the option to upgrade to your full gallery for $150.
- A $75 non-refundable retainer is required at booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. Only card accepted - no cash.
- Online gallery delivered via email by November 29th, in time for holiday cards.
- A styling guide with outfit suggestions and a prep guide with parking details and our exact meetup spot, both sent via email.
- Dogs are welcome - one per family, leashed at all times, and cleaned up after.

FAQ
Can we include grandparents/extended family members?
A.Sessions include up to six family members only. Extended family sessions are welcome for an additional fee ($75). If your group includes more than six people, please reach out before booking so we can discuss details.
What if it rains or the weather isn’t ideal?
A.Sessions will only be canceled if it is actively raining during your scheduled session time. If conditions are cloudy or overcast, sessions will continue as planned. If a reschedule is necessary I’ll be in touch with next steps and communicate as early as possible.
What should we wear?
A.After booking, you’ll receive a styling guide with outfit suggestions and color palettes that photograph beautifully at our location. Neutrals, or darks with pops of color tend to work best.
What if we're running late?
A.Because these are back-to-back with limited time, I can't run over into the next family's time. If you're running a few minutes behind, come anyway and we'll make the most of the time we have. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will unfortunately forfeit the session and retainer, so please plan for traffic and parking.
When will we receive our photos?
A.Galleries are delivered by November 29th via a private, password-protected online gallery to your email in time to order holiday cards. You'll receive an edited gallery of your best images, from which you can pick your favorite 15. You also have the option to upgrade to your full gallery for $150 (plus sales tax).
